Hills and trees between you and the Carmel transmitter are the usual cause. We can fit a high-gain aerial on a taller mast, or install a Freesat dish if terrestrial signal is too weak. We test at the property first and explain which option will work.
Not always. If your aerial is in good condition and lined up with Carmel, a retune may be all you need. Older aerials, damaged cable or poor alignment can cause missing channels, though. We test the signal and only replace parts that need it.
