Exposed homes overlooking the Sound need sturdy fixings, while Mutley's terraces often want tidy multi-room setups. We handle aerials, satellite dishes, Sky Stream and wall mounting, with the price agreed first.

From Plympton and Plymstock to Devonport, and across the Tamar to Saltash and Torpoint, we cover greater Plymouth. Check your postcode to be sure.
Freeview in Plymouth comes from the Caradon Hill transmitter, on the edge of Bodmin Moor to the north west across the Tamar. The city's hills and valleys mean some streets have a clear view in that direction and others are partly shielded. We take a signal reading at your property and align the aerial for the cleanest, most stable result, stepping up to a higher-gain aerial where reception is marginal.
Properties on high ground above the water, from the Hoe round to Plymstock, take the brunt of south-westerly gales and salty air. Brackets rust and cables degrade faster here, so we use galvanised fixings, sealed connectors and good-quality cable that stands up to the conditions.
Rows of older terraced houses, many split into flats or shared by students, often need extra TV points or a fault traced through tired wiring. We run new outlets, replace perished cable and set up smart TVs or Freely so every room gets a full set of channels.

He quickly diagnosed the problem as not being the aerial, but the masthead amp & power unit. He had a spare on his van, and the work was completed within 30 minutes.

Both sides of the Tamar. We visit Plymouth districts including Plympton, Plymstock, Devonport and Mutley, plus Saltash, Torpoint, Ivybridge and Tavistock. If your road isn't listed, type your postcode into the checker on this page.
Plymouth aerials are aligned to the Caradon Hill transmitter, north west of the city near Bodmin Moor. If yours has been knocked by the wind, you may see pixelation or lose channels. We re-align it using a signal meter and check the cable and connections at the same time.
Usually, though hilly rural spots can need a higher-gain aerial or a taller mast to get a clean signal. We test reception at the property first so you know what's needed. Where a usable aerial signal isn't possible, a Freesat dish is a reliable alternative for free-to-air channels.
