From Caerleon and Malpas to Cwmbran and over towards Chepstow, we cover the whole Newport area. Enter your postcode to see if we can get to you.
Newport picks up Freeview from the Wenvoe transmitter, on the far side of Cardiff. Reception is generally good across the city, but houses low in the Usk valley or screened by hills to the west can see a weaker signal. We check the reading at your property and align the aerial so it locks on cleanly to Wenvoe.
The long rows of Victorian and Edwardian terraces east and south of the centre often carry ageing aerials on chimneys, or loft aerials put in by a previous owner. We test what you have, replace tired aerials and perished cable, and add points for bedrooms or a kitchen. Older coax in these houses is often the real culprit behind a flickering picture.
Recent developments around Rogerstone and out towards Magor sometimes have TV sockets inside but nothing on the roof. We fit the aerial, connect it to the existing sockets and add more points or wall mount TVs if you want them. Wall mounting with the cables hidden is a common request in these homes too.

He quickly diagnosed the problem as not being the aerial, but the masthead amp & power unit. He had a spare on his van, and the work was completed within 30 minutes.

Wenvoe, the main transmitter for the area. If your aerial has been knocked out of line by wind or was pointed elsewhere, you may lose channels or see pixelation. We realign or replace it and check the signal on every multiplex before we leave.
Some developers wire the sockets but never fit an aerial on the roof or in the loft. We install an aerial, connect it to the existing cabling and test each socket. If you also want satellite, we can add a dish at the same visit.
